So I’m curious just to see what other mummas here think as I’m pissed off with my partner at the moment.

We’ve got a 8 week old baby and his leaving us for a few days to go to a friends (they’re not that close either) bucks party (bachelor party). He asked me whether I cared if he went and I said Id rather if he stayed home due to the fact of having a new baby and I need all the help I can get as I’m a new mum and still learning and bub has also been having quite a few meltdowns lately that go for a couple hrs almost everyday and they’re so full on so we take turns trying to calm him down as it’s exhausting and I’m going into full anxiety mode now already knowing I won’t have his help for those few days and that his chosen to go there when I need him right now.

It would be a different story if bub was a bit older too.

Would you be upset if your partner left you and your new baby to go out drinking/partying for 3 days straight?
