cramping after orgasm?

hi ladies, i am now 5 weeks and noticed that everytime i orgasm i would cramp after.. its so unpleasant so i would just avoid it. is this normal ?

Yes it’s normal I cramp up almost every time we have sex and I am almost 19 weeks pregnant I get a little bit of a hard lump for a few moments afterwards but then it goes away and I’m fine
