Every few days or so, and every time after sex. If I’m on my feet a lot I tend to notice my belly getting tighter, but I can’t actually feel anything.

Every few days, but always after i have a busy day of moving around or going on a long walk

For some reason I feel like I get them when I have to pee really bad lol but it could just be the pressure from my bladder. Otherwise I usually get them after walking around a lot or sometimes when I get up from laying down.

Everytime after sex, long walks and a few other things. Usually every couple days. Not daily atm.
