5 week ultra sound

Hello everyone so according to my period I am 5 weeks and 1 day but at the ultra sound I am measuring 5 weeks and six days. This is the picture of the yolk sac and they couldn’t see the baby. I go back in at seven weeks and hopefully we will see something!
