Positive test after MC

In the first week of December I had a miscarriage. This morning I had a faint positive test. My HcG level was at 2 when I miscarried and yesterday I had a negative test. Has anyone gotten pregnant this soon after a mc? I’m about 12 dpo and AF is suppose to come in 5 days. Just looking for other thoughts/opinions and experiences.
