How are you announcing the birth/name etc?

Hi! Just wondering how your all planning on announcing the name or birth of your baby? 
We are keeping the same a surprise until she’s here, so was thinking of getting a personalised blanket with her name on and taking a photo with it to announce once she’s here! But my husband prefers the letterboard signs like this one below! 
What are your ideas? Photo inspirations welcome 😂

Keeping it simple. This is what we did for our daughter and my husband will post something similar this time I'm sure.
I'm not so keen on all the signs and showiness. The pressure of the perfect outfit, picture, etc. I didn't  post anything, but hubby did since all his friends and family live abroad.

We’re overseas in japan, and our sons name is a surprise (it’s Ronin Orion). And I got this cute koi swaddle and matching paci. I didn’t do anything special for our first, just a cute picture after he was born. But this time will take the time for some good pictures since we won’t have anyone bugging us lol.

I’m using the letter board only because I already have one for the first day back to school photos for the kids and her homecoming outfit has her name on it. So just going to do those two things. We are keeping her gender and name a secret as well and can’t wait to finally be able to tell everyone in 11wks!

I’m blessed to have friends who are artists so we bought round wooden frames and will be having her paint his name inside one of them and writing out his dob, time, weight and height in the other one. Positioned right next to his little body 😊. Right now I think he’ll be wearing a little onsie that says “hello I’m new here”. I don’t want to show his face right off the bat when hes born so it’ll be a body shot.
