My boyfriend of 3 years dm’d me this and I’m not real sure how to take it. Am I taking it too seriously? How would you look at it if your boyfriend sent this to you?

I mean, if it was actually pertaining to him cheating or something, why would he send it to you and out himself? Imo, he probably just thought the meme was funny. I don't think it's anything to think too much about.

Lol its a joke. I think youre taking it too seriously. 
The joke is that the girl he slept with, the guy in the meme, is celebrating a 1 year anniversarry with a different guy. I think its just a joke about all these people saying theyre in happy relationships when others know they arent.
