Daycare Providers
Any other in home daycare providers out there? What do you do for maternity leave? Parents, have your daycare providers taken maternity leave? How long did they take and did you look for other permanent care or just find someone temporary while they were out?
I want to be fair but also want to make sure I get the time I need to adjust to a new baby and bond with him or her.
