Does this still count as healthy? Read below
Ok, I am counting macros and my diet is specific. Veggies are good for you, but if you completely cover it in cheez whiz, that makes it less healthy, yes or no? I don’t comment to my mom about it, as it’s her body and she has her own macros. She doesn’t follow macros, but who am I to comment, ya know. The problem is, she makes a comment to me. When she offers I’ll decline and she’ll say but veggies are healthy for you, you should have veggies everyday. Agree veggies are good, but if you use a whole jar of cheez whiz, I’d rather have a cookie instead with those calories as I’m already tracking everything. I don’t tell her this, but I want your guys opinion.
