Make me stop eating everything in sight!!! 😫


I’m 5.5 weeks pregnant, and have been WAY overindulging the last couple weeks since I found out πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ I need to reel it in and find some balance. My mood is suffering because of how gross I feel!!

I did great with my first pregnancy, stayed active, indulged with moderation, gained <20 lbs, and had a wonderful delivery experience. I so badly want this pregnancy to be the same.

Any tips for meals/snacks to bring to work? Any accountability partners/groups out there?
