Time to pick up where I left off!

I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant. Prior to becoming pregnant I lifted weights & did cardio 4-5xs a week. During the 1st trimester I stuck strictly to body weight/dumbbells, yoga & mild cardio. What are you guys ideas when it comes to increasing weight & cardio? I’ve gotten my energy back & feel it’s time to take it up a notch!
