My nausea has been on 10 and my appetite is shit. I eat as much as I feel up to it but I’m scared I need to eat more and better for the baby.. I’m trying to just drink A LOT of water to make up for my eating since I literally have lost an appetite for everything and want to throw up even thinking about eating .... help or advice? I’m craving fruits and vegetables and am thinking about just getting fruit and veggie trays and cooking white rice and eating that with a little bit of chicken and protein... is that good to do?
