My son is a little over 3 weeks old and for the most part is eating and having normal bowel movements... he is on breast milk and sometimes supplemented with encamping sensitive (which is the only thing that wasn’t making him gassy and constipated)

However the past day he has been spitting up a lot. It’s not really forceful but it’s scary because it’s happened in his sleep twice.

I’m wondering if something I ate could be causing it. I have been giving him my frozen breast milk today and I’m afraid that I may be doing something wrong. He has also been having hiccups pretty often

I’m not sure if he is holding down enough milk or if he is getting enough.

Help!! Is any of this normal?
