Blighted Ovum

Good evening! I went to the maternal Fetal specialist yesterday and unfortunately the sac was empty. No heart beat, only measured 5 weeks. I was given the option of a D & C or Cytotec. I decided on the Cytotec and will be doing it tomorrow. I am off of work and so is my husband. I was told I would have to be home and on narcotic pain meds by the Dr due to the pain I will be in and due to the heavy bleeding. I am a nervous wreck about it. I have always had super heavy periods and heavy pain to go with them. I am just wondering what I am in store for. The Dr said since it was only a five week sac I will bleed heavy but it shouldn't be too heavy. Either way I look at it, I know it will be heavy. Any advice? Has anyone taken it? How was the recovery? Just want to know so I can prepare my mind and body. And if you did take it,h did you try again and how soon and did it happen again? Thanks in advance from a freaked out mommy.
