9 going on 10 weeks and feeling better..?

Hey, just wondered if anyone else has hit the 9 week mark and for the most part are feeling much better?

Had a scan nearly a week ago that indicated all was well which is comforting but have noticed over the last few days, my symptoms are really easing up. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining, but would be interested to know if anyone else is the same?
