Need help with calorie intake
I'm using MFP calorie tracking app and with everything I've eaten it shows I've only taken in 830 calories. My recommended amount is 1200. If I eat less than 1200 is it going to cause me to put on weight ultimately or what? I mean, I've eaten a lot today but I'm sticking to healthier choices and lots of veg (I eat a plant based diet). Should I eat more? I don't want to fill up on junk food like cookies and chocolate, which has been my habit.
