ATTN vegetarians & vegans
I have a major food aversion to meat now that I’m pregnant - I used to be vegetarian & have decided to do so again.
But I want to make sure that’s okay to do once you’re pregnant. (I know you can be pregnant and vegetarian but my question is if it’s okay to STOP eating meat once you’re already pregnant.)
Any vitamins I should take to supplement the nutrients we eat that are in meat?
