Carry a 2 year old??

Question

I am 16 weeks pregnant and I was wondering if it's still safe for me to carry my 2 yr old sister? Or when should I stop? Thanks ladies 😘

I do when she gets tired, otherwise I encourage her to walk around. My back hurts like hell.

I still carry my 2 year old around. He squirms and doesn't like it so I can't do it long but I try when it's necessary

It's fine. I lift my 3 year old all the time at 23+ weeks pregnant. It kills my back more than anything though.

In pregnant with twins, almost 23 weeks along  and carry my 2 year old a lot! And my 4 year old but very rarely. Make sure to position them in a way that you are still balanced so you won't fall and so there isn't more weight on one hip/one side of your belly more than the other. Besides that it should be fine unless you have really bad health problems and your doctor says not to carry any weight at all. I have had bad si issues and nerve issues but my 2 year old is demanding lol 😁 so I just do it, my obgyns (I have many) all say it's ok as long as I listen to my body. If you start having contractions obviously you need to rest and lay down, and not carry heavy objects for a while.

I lift and carry my 3.5 year old and I'm 22weeks. She's heavy but I put her down after a little bit.

I carry and lift up my 2.5 yr old and I'm 16weeks. I've had no problems
