Should fathers only have to pay support?
So my child’s father pays $400 a month in child support. I’m not complaining, it’s support, however when he is in his care he refuses to buy the necessities for him. (Diapers, wipes, food, etc.) He feels that I should buy everything for him, and he just comes and picks him up with me packing everything. I’m an overprotective mom, so the bag is always packed from diapers, wipes, extra clothes, diaper cream, medicine, trash bag for dirty clothes, toys, all the way to hand sanitizer. He has everything in there, but his dad keeps stealing things out of them, and refuses to return them. I always pay for things out of my check based on his needs that month, and I will never complain because that’s my child, and my responsibility. Am I being reasonable? (Might I add that he is in therapy for speech because he cannot eat solids, and it’s dangerous for him to consume anything solid. He’s 14 months)
