My skin looks terrible.

If you could tell me what’s on it, and suggestions on how to fix and/or remove it, please do. I just want clear skin 😭

My diet is messy. I eat one meal a day with snack sometimes. Other times, it’s 3 meals and a snack. Or just 2-3 meals.

I use Clean and Clear Cream Cleanser. Then every 2 days I use Clean and Clear Exfoliating Scrub. I use the Clearasil Rapid Rescue Deep Treatment Pads. I use the Neutrogena Combination Skin Moisturizer.

I also have breaks out bad on my chest and back which I just use Dove soap for.

Only things I’m diagnosed with is insomnia and an iron deficiency. I also lack vegetables and pretty much every vitamin.

Biore burns my skin.

I’ve been trying to be consistent regarding washing my face and I’ve been increasing my vitamin intake and protein since I’ve been exercising a lot more.

I don’t eat corn.

I wash my pillow cases every so often when I don’t feel like being in bed all day. I’ve increased my water intake, I just hate going to the bathroom 4-5 times in one hour.
