So I got my depo shot because I needed birth control and I noticed my milk supply drastically changed! I’m devastated. I have been trying to pump more often than usual to help gain it back, I’ve ordered some pills called “goats milk/ mama knows best”; which I have taken for 4 days now and I bought some lactation cookies bites which I’ve had 2 bags a day for the passed 2 days and nothing seems to help. Before I would drink coconut water and it’d boost my milk supply but that seems to not work either... does anyone have any tips at all that can help me gain my supply back?
