Freaking myself out, Help!

So I am probably only 3w 1d pregnant. Took test yesterday and its positive. (See below) well long story short before I found out I took Dayquil about 4 times and Nyquil once. I am sick. I havent taken it since the day before I found out. Stupid question, do you think it could harm my baby? I dont want to have a miscarriage.
