Pregnancy tests

Hello Ladies,

I’m freaking out a little bit. I’m 4 weeks 6 days and I have been taking pregnancy test like it’s my job. The first test is the one I took today and the second test, is the one I took yesterday. But the first test is lighter than the second. Does this mean that I am miscarrying?? I freaking out. I’m not cramping. I had the smallest amount of blood yesterday, but I think it was due to intercourse. It was literally as small as a dot. Please help
