How pregnant do you feel at 12 weeks and 2 days?

So I’m 12 weeks and two day pregnant today and I don’t feel pregnant the last few day like something is not right, but there is no Sighn of anything going wrong besides I don’t feel any movement or nothing is it to soon to feel that or what? I had a miscarriage last year at 9 weeks and 5 days so I’m very scared and nervous, I had a ultrasound at 10 weeks and everything was good. I have another on Tuesday but I’m getting scared to go. Anyone else have this feeling?
