Okay Mamas this first time mama needs your help!

So we arent going to find out the gender of our baby until its birthdate. We also are not having a baby shower. We decided on having a welcoming party sometime after the baby is born.

I want to make sure we have all the necessities for when the baby is born. So far we have a crib,carseat,diapers,wipes,clothing,breast pump... what else did you guys need right away?? Also if you had a welcoming party how soon after the baby was born did you have it?
