Training in Early Pregnancy
Ive been training 3-5 days a week with F45 (high intensity interval training) since October last year. Before that I had never set foot in a gym or done any kind of exercise or sport.
This is my first month TTC for #2 & the closer I get to being able to test the more I worry about the exercise I’m doing - what if I am pregnant & I lift a weight that’s too heavy or just push myself too hard in general?
Is it actually possible to cause miscarriage by working out? Should I stop working out until I can test and then modify what I’m doing if it is positive? If it is negative then just continue as normal until the same time next month?
