Try putting tea tree oil on a cotton ball and add some water, then wipe that area, do this every night. Then some acne ointment... I have gone to dermatologist and they prescribed tretinoin cream, look into seeing a dermatologist..

Tea tree or a strong spot treatment both work great! The one from Mario badescu is amazing! A quick fix would also be to get a facial with the red and blue lights to get rid of bacteria and calm the skin

I love this benzoyl peroxide spot cream. It's really inexpensive. Like 5$, sometimes less. They also have benzoyl peroxide cleansers too. Just don't go overboard with too many acne products or it could cause dryness. I use a benzoyl peroxide cleanser by differin and it's amazing. I let it sit for a few minutes before I rinse it and I love it. I use it twice a day and moisturize afterward with CeraVe moisturizing cream. Also as far as tretinoin goes, you can also get differin gel (adapalene) for much cheaper over the counter (at Walmart or other places) to help with acne. But it can take months to work (although it can be worth it!) And it can cause a lot of irritation in the beginning, so I would only try it I you have time to be at home a lot. Just saying.. it can be bad for a few weeks. I use it and have for a year now.
