Does food poising effect breast feeding?!?!

If i have food poising will it effect the baby sence I’m strictly breast feeding?! I had a sub and now i feel nauseous and i have wicked bad diarrhea and don’t feel great! Need mommy advice please!

You might get dehydrated a bit faster but it’s safe to keep feeding baby!  Baby won’t get food poisoning from your breastmilk.  Drink lots of water and wash your hands all of the time before picking up baby to avoid giving it to baby.
