Breast pump for 2nd time mom?

I had my first baby 3 years ago and got a Spectra breast pump that I love. Still have it.  Should i get another? I'm almost certain insurance will cover it but I just don't know if I need to or should I bc it'll be free?

Since it's free I am getting a second one. This way if my old one breaks I will have a back up. I will probably leave one in my locker at work and one at home.

Im not getting a new one quite yet i got one when my son was 7 months old when i went back to work got pregnant  when he was 8.5 months so its still in perfect condition barley  used i only used it for work 3 brakes a day two 15 min and one 30 min

If insurance covers it- get one. The old one could potentially have mold, be close to breaking or whatever else. It’s always nice having a backup!

If you think your insurance covers it, I’d get a new one. That way you have a spare, in case something happens to your old one. Or you can have one at work and one at home, if you’ll need to pump at work.

I used my pump with my 1.5 year old a lot so I got a new one even though it will be less than 2 years. I had the medela and just got the spectra. If you used it a lot I would get a new one, they only last around a year and then some start having issues. My insurance covers it so it’s free, why not.

I had a baby in 2018, and I got a new one for this baby. But I got a medela first time and I hated it so I went with the spectra. I’d get another one, just so you have a new one in case something happens to the other one.
