Poop smells like vomit??

Anyone’s LO have a poop that smells like vomit/acidic? It smells so bad and strong, that I feel like the smell stays on her skin even if I clean it really well. And it’s always when we’re out and she’s in her car seat she keeps having blowouts...

It’s not diarrhea in regards to frequency because it’s usually like 1-2 times a day only.

Idk if it’s her gut getting used to new food (recently introduced her to egg) or from teething (she’s teething pretty badly but it’s taking forever for the teeth to come out she still has 0 teeth).

Otherwise she’s completely acting normal. No pain no rashes etc
