Baby Not Latching

Originally I was going to exclusively pump, but when I had my baby it was SO uncomfortable to try and pump. I allowed the nurse to give a bottle, which my daughter got used to. When she was 3 days old I was super engorged so I decided to try out breastfeeding, but my daughter couldn’t latch because my nipples were almost flat because of how engorged I was. We went back to bottles, and now 50% of the time she won’t latch on the bottle and will cry for about 30min before she finally latches. I don’t know what to do 😭 any ideas?
