Can someone help me figure out how far along i am?

In November was my last normal period. and then in December i got a UTI and i was having spotting where the green check marks are and i had like 1 and a half days of heavier spotting? I’m not sure if that’s my period. But they tested for pregnancy on December 9th and it was negative and i just tested January 4th and it’s very positive. 
Should i count the spotting as a period? it was so light it was barely noticeable and one day it got a little heavier and i used a tampon and it didn’t even get fully soaked. 
i’m very confused and i need to know when to go to the doctor 🙃

Just call the doctor and tell them that and they’ll let you know when to come in.

5 weeks because you said spotting then got heavy.
Or 7 weeks if that was implantation bleeding. So 5-7weeks. I'll go towards 5 weeks since positive showed in January not December.

Call and go. Based on your last period you’re around 5/6 weeks.. spotting it normal but only you know how heavy it was so if you think it was another period then leave it up to the Dr to decide.

Usually they go off first day of last monthly period ! In my case it corrresponds exactly to that date

I would guess 7w1d but ask your doctor to do a dating scan (most are around 8ish weeks) and that’ll tell.
