When did 4 month sleep regression end?

Ours was 6 long weeks of hell from 12 weeks to 18 weeks roughly. He still doesn’t sleep great but at least it’s back to his “normal”

I thought ours was almost over and then we had our 4 month shots and since that day he now wakes up 7-8 times a night 😫
