He has extreme ADHD.. which causes his brain to run circles 24/7 .. it’s exhausting for me so I can’t imagine how bad it is for him. However with this causes him to blurt things out without thinking first, I told him he can’t use the adhd as an excuse however we aren’t sure how to completely manage this bc on adderal he’s a zombie and I hate it. Some things he says hurts my feelings and I’ve expressed this but how do we manage his outburst? Without medication? Not sure this makes sense but wondering if anyone has dated or been that person before and can offer some advice.

Update : I understand adderall isn’t the only medication. He can talk to his doctor about medication, I was hoping for coping ways for me on how to deal with this as the girlfriend
