Baby bump disappearing

Ok this might sound weird.. but does anyone else feel like their baby bump got smaller? At around 26 weeks my bump seemed HUGE! This is my 2nd baby and I was almost getting worried I was getting too big too fast. But I got the flu and lost about 4-5 lbs and now all of a sudden my bump is half the size it was before. I'm now 28 weeks. Baby is still moving around and active so I'm not too worried but just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I wish I would have taken comparison photos but since I'm a little on the bigger side I haven't taken many bumpies.
