How long is acceptable

From the start I said I'm so worried about everyone wanting to hold and see my baby and give her their germs. I'm now 36 weeks and really need to make a decision... how long is acceptable to ask friends and family to not see my little girl? I'm so so scared of her getting poorly from people or the fact they think I'm over reacting about washing their hands in front of me before holding her
