Does anyone else have this?

At school, there a two specific classes where I feel uncomfortable. These are RE and PE. The reason why I feel uncomfortable in RE is because I absolutely hate the lay out of the class room, it is always so dark in there and my teacher is quite blunt and therefore it makes my understanding of the work rather difficult.

I feel uncomfortable in PE because the field is surrounded by all of the main school buildings and I feel like I’m being watched and judged, I also hate my body with the passion and our PE kit is a little dodgy looking so that makes things worse.

I don’t know if I’m being pathetic but I absolutely hate feeling this way. Does anyone else get this?
