Hello!

I am 6 weeks in to my 10 week long maternity leave from work. My husband and I originally decided that it would be best if I went back to work 10 weeks after our baby was born. Well, now we have changed our minds and we both feel it would be best for me to stay home and take care of our little girl. Have any of you experienced this? If so, how did that conversation go with your employer? Advice? I am nervous about letting them know our decision.
