I apologize if this is posted in the wrong group.

I recently purchased a stroller online. I waited 4 days for the seller to ship it out. She ended up cancelling the transaction but she has posted the stroller for sale again. Only now, instead of being the same price, she has raised the price by $9. I know it’s less than a $10 difference BUT I’ve already waited for 4 days so now I’m pissed. Should I just purchase the stroller again or leave it alone? I do want to tell her off because It’s frustrating and she wasted my time. Apparently the shipping cost was more than she anticipated but it’s not fair for her to cancel the transaction on me after I’ve already waited for several days. She should’ve lived and learned with her mistake.

Update: I told my mother about the situation hoping to get some advice and she just laughed in my face. I told my husband about the situation and that my mother had laughed in my face when I told her and then HE laughed in my face. I’m more conflicted than ever right now.
