Help needed?

I'm 14+4 and I have been having left sided pain for around 3 days now there kind of sharp and uncomfortable if I lie on my stomach or if I press down on that side, when I went for my first scan they told me I had a corpus leuteum on my left ovary but didn't seem to bothered about it, but now I have pain in that side I am not sure if they burst or anything it's not excruciating pain or anything but its just came on in the last 3 days I have no pain on the other side at all? Thanks
