32 weeks protein in urine

I’m currently 32 weeks into my third pregnancy. My blood pressure has always been perfect. As it was today as well at my appointment. 110/64. I’ve never had preeclampsia or protein in my urine before. My doctor didn’t even mention that it came back positive. I was checking the results of my urine test on my patient portal and noticed it. The results said high. 30mg. I have had swelling but I always do when I’m pregnant. Nothing in my hands or face and nothing “severe”. No headaches or blurry vision. No sudden crazy weight gain. So is it possible to have protein in urine and not have preeclampsia? I’m so stressed since I’ve never experienced this before. I sent a message to my doctor but won’t hear back until tomorrow. I can’t sleep thinking about it. Any help is appreciated.
