Positive OPK

I need your help please. Is this a positive for ovulation? GLOW says my ovulation day is the 10th, while premom says I ovulate the 8th and FLO says the 7th which is today! I really need some insight on if this a positive or not. This is my first time using them since I have been ttc the last 4 months! Any help is appreciated
