Fertility issues and having to wait

Alrighty mamas, how did you wait to conceive? We have been trying for the last 7 months to conceive and nothing. We’ve tried fertility meds and everything but nothing helps. Now we have to hold off on conceiving because I’m in a wedding in September. How do you handle needing to wait and knowing you literally can not get pregnant right now?! I’m struggling cause we want this so bad.

(I’m the maid of honor. I refuse to be pregnant in another wedding. Last time I was pregnant I was just 10 days away from having my baby and was SEVERELY swollen and could barely walk. It was ridiculous)
