Hi all, what is your sleep schedule like for your babies? And what age are they?

I’m finding my little one usually is a good night sleeper, but not a good day time napper. He use nap okay when he was only a few weeks to a month, but as he has become more aware of his surroundings he has a harder time napping during the day. I was having him nap downstairs and putting him to bed upstairs where it’s darker to create the concept of day and night, which seemed to work as a pattern formed. But very recently he had a rough night of little sleep and has been miserable, yet refusing to nap. He just laid down at 5pm after trying to get him to nap after feedings since noon.
