I've been faithful but was just told I have an STD!

I would love to believe that at least my boyfriend is loyal. He recently went to work at another location (& state) for a month and a half. The night he got home he was already mentioning that he wanted to go back. The first day he went back to work he told me that his boss said he had to go back... In less than 3 weeks! He's there now, and after having a yearly pap, I was told I have clamydia!! Now this has actually happened before... About 3 months after our daughter was born. We both took the medication, at least I think he finished his. Now he's telling me that he's not going to take the medication because he doesn't have anything. He looked it up and saw that we probably hadn't gotten rid of it completely because it can cause infertility, we've also been trying for a second for the past 8 months. I need advice!!! Please no judgements, advice.
