I’m a FTM my son is 7 months old and he sleeps around 7-8 pm and wakes up once to have milk around 3-4 am and then he goes back to sleep. I would really love if he can just sleep without waking up for milk at night.

Is it okay for his age to wakeup once for milk or do they usually sleep through the night?

Also, ever since he turned 6 months he started waking up around 1 am just crying to be held and have the pacifier. So now i wake up two times; once to comfort him and then again for milk.

Any advice or recommendations is much appreciated!
