Natural detox for after going off of bc?

Anyone know of a good natural detox for after birth control? I went off of the pill in September to start trying for a baby and so far I don’t seem to be ovulating. I’ve also started to get cystic acne so I’m wondering if I need to do a detox. Any advice or recommendations appreciated!

Nothing wrong with a detox if you think the acne is connected. My favourite is a hot drink of lime juice, dash cayenne pepper, maple syrup, and water. Needs to be organic maple. You can swap lime for lemon if you prefer. 👍🏻

You don’t need to detox, but balancing out your hormones would help. Maca, Vitex, and ashwagandha come to mind.
