Not wanting a baby shower.

So I decided that I dont really want a baby shower is that weird? We only live close to my fiances family and I am NOT close with them at all. My family all lives super far away. And I dont want the stress of having to throw my own baby shower. My fiance offered to help but i wouldnt really have anyone I could invite anyways. I have no close friends or anyone who could even help me plan it that knows what theyre doing lol.. I was looking at other options that I can do to still celebrate my baby, but is not so over the top. Any suggestions?

We are planning to buy everything ourselves like we did with our first baby. I'm more focused on saving up money for that and also for my maternity leave. So I'm looking for something budget friendly and that isnt so big.
