Funeral attire?

Is this appropriate? I got a black cardigan and some black tights to go with it

I think it’s fine! It looks nice. They say black for funeral, but in my opinion any deep or subdued color works. As long as it isn’t flashy or bright or anything. I think pairing it with black will also help make it more appropriate.

I'm from the south, so blue Jean's and a button up are acceptable funeral attire. I cant stand seeing people say certain colors are "disrespectful" like no. Of course black is the standard color you see, but I would wear this dress too.

Yes that looks fine. Recently I went to an uncle's funeral and everyone wore light pink. That's what he wanted 🤷🏻‍♀️ but if you typically go with wearing black, I think yes it looks appropriate .

It's a nice dress, but idk, I wear red if I wasn't too fond of the person but still wanted to be supportive of family.

Some people set a color to wear like at my boyfriends grandma’s funeral we wore purple because it was her favorite color and same with my great granny but the dress look good and it’s not inappropriate.

With a black cardigan and tights I think you might be able to pull it off, I’ve never seen anyone wear anything other than black to a funeral other than my cousins but it was requested the guests wear pink in honor of her favorite color
