How to latch?

My baby 3weeks old , and is bottle feed , I pump and bottle feed and it's honestly so exhausting when I have to pump and she's crying . I want to try to get her to go on my nipple ,  is it to late to get her to latch on nipple if so how can I get her to latch? , Is it patience? What can I do, is it to late? Bc when I do try she cry's and I give up and just give her the bottle

Try to drop some breastmilk on your nipple while you are trying to get your baby to latch so they realize theres milk. Right now they associate the feel of a bottle with food instead of your breast. It may take a while. Dont wait too long because if your baby is really hungry, they will just cry and it will get frustrating fast.
 If that doesnt work, try a nipple shield. They shield will feel more like a bottle to them and could help them latch. If that doesnt work either, try expressing some milk into the nipple shield first. The nipple shield is what ended up working for my baby. Expect a little fussing at first. Your baby has to work harder to get milk out of your breast than they did with a bottle. If your baby is a big eater like mine, that will frustrate them at first

Do u have insurance? You can even go into any WIC office and meet with a lactation consultant for free. 
It’s not too late, I would just make sure she gets a deep latch, literally take her face and smoosh it onto your boob while holding your boob upright with your nipple kind of stretched Make sure your nipple is pointing towards the roof of their mouth. 
When you push her into you, hold her there just make sure she can get some air through her nostrils and hold her there till she latches. Once she’s sucking for a bout 10 seconds u can normally release your boob from your hand and relax since she will be sucking and engaged. I bf two kids at once,  newborn and 12mo, until the youngest was 12m and my oldest was 20 months. It’s doable 😀

I exclusively pumped for 6 weeks and gave up. My body was so sore. My nipples were a mess. I don’t have any advice for you wanting to latch her to you but i assume you could get into a lactation specialist to help teach you and her how to latch!
